Mark Farid is an artist exploring ideas of the self within technology. This project was a collaboration lead by Mark with Tadej Vindis, Myself and Frank Davies.
The frames house 3 small cameras and two microphones, recording 'The Other's' experience via a series of microcontrollers and battery pack. This footage is then re-lived by Mark the next day through a VR headset.
On this project I worked on the physical frame and battery solution to be worn by 'The Other' in tandem with the rest of the team who worked on coding, optics and software solutions. There were over a hundred iterations.
